Trevor Jackson is perhaps best known today as the man behind Output Recordings and Playgroup, but he also performed as Underdog, Skull, and Pink Lunch.
Prior to that, Jackson was a sleeve designer with his company called Bite It. In this capacity, Jackson was responsible for the artwork on numerable releases on the Champion label, as well as releases by Eric B. and Rakim, Todd Terry and countless others.
