Absolute (compilation series brand used by Stockholm-based EVA Records)

ABSOLUTE® is the brand of a long-running series of compilation albums that has existed since 1986. It is used by EVA Records of Stockholm, a joint venture between Universal Music, Sony Music, EMI Music and Warner Music. EVA Records licenses the music from all companies, major airlines, as well as independent labels. The ABSOLUTE® brand is owned by EMI Music Sweden, exclusively licensed to EVA Records since 1991. Various sub-series include Absolute Music, Absolute Dance, Absolute Kidz, Absolute Hits, Absolute Classics, and others.
