Vik (one of three RCA specialty subsidiaries in the 1950s)
~ Label
Annotation
Vik replaced RCA Victor's "X" (which had operated from April 20, 1953 to September 10, 1955) when the name change occurred. It was later abandoned by RCA (probably somewhere in the late '60s) but its name was revived in 1998 by BMG Music Canada Inc. as ViK. Recordings.
