"Music Of the Day"
A short lived west-coast cool jazz label. Also known for its lavish painted LP covers (by Eva Diana).
Possibly, original LPs and/or VSOP re-issues distributed in New Zealand by Just Jazz Records.
All releases are 12" LP, and they were all issued during the (brief) period of activity of the label (but one unreleased Mode #128, Piano Playhouse).
Catalog now belongs to VSOP records which have reissued them all on vinyl and cd (except #116 & 121 Vinyl only).
There are possibly other unreleased Mode (130, 200-206), actually issued by VSOP.
