Annotation
« The Warner Classics imprint originated from the old Warner Classics International division of the Warner Music Group, before reorganization within the group made it part of Warner Music UK Ltd.. For a few years in the late 2000s, Warner Classics and Warner Jazz were merged to form Warner Classics & Jazz. EMI Classics was absorbed since 2013-07-19 into the Warner Classics catalog following the acquisition of the Parlophone Label Group. Virgin Classics was also part of the sale and became part of the revived Erato label. Warner Classics and Erato were both moved to a new location in Paris as part of a reorganized Classics division. » — RateYourMusic
« In addition to the Paris headquarters, Warner Classics (has) dedicated teams in the United Kingdom, United States, Germany, France and Japan, and specialist support from the label’s wider operations in other markets. » — billboard.com
But it evidently is under Warner Music UK Ltd. its two anchor imprints are Warner Classics itself and Erato.
