MCA Victor, Inc. was a Japanese record company established in 1991. It was a joint-venture of Victor Musical Industries, Inc. and MCA Music Entertainment. Among its imprints was "MCA". The actual label for releases by Nirvana and Teenage Fanclub for a couple of years was "David Geffen Company", I would think. Nowadays, under the ownership of Sony, MCA and DGC have been subsumed into Geffen Records.
