UCMG (Under Cover Music Group) was a Germany-based worldwide label group that existed from 1992–2003 with subsidiaries that included UCMG France, UCMG Germany, UCMG Hungary, UCMG New York, UCMG Proton, UCMG UK, and UGAR Records. It was the predecessor of Daredo Music.
