This version of "Otsego Undead" appeared on the soundtrack for "Dracula 2000: Music From the Dimension Motion Picture." The tracklist spells it, "Ostego" instead of "Otsego" of the album version, and as can be heard in the chorus.

The main difference between the versions is the interlude section that begins at 2:12.
