Guidelines

The founder(s) must have been the people who actively established the festival or event series, not any artists that played on the first edition.

Generally, you shouldn't add businessmen (non-musicians) to MusicBrainz just to link them as founders of a festival. Use common sense to determine whether adding a new artist is reasonable.
