This Release is made in style of a Radio Broadcast in 2 parts with german voice over explaining backgrounds. It is made about and named after the german concert festivals series "Rock Over Germany", wich must have been sponsored by EMI Germany at that time. So, this Broadcast was constructed to got the same Promotion in different Radio Broadcast Stations. The two parts are named as "Live Over Germany" and "Rock Over Germany". The included Music are generally studio Recordings, but in some cases already existing live recordings from other locations. So, don't expect Live recordings of the Festival Shows. As in Broadcast the songs fade in and out most of the times.
