GRAVITATION~BAD LUCK - SHUICHI SHINDO / VOCAL COLLECTION

~ Release by コタニキンヤ (see all versions of this release, 1 available)

Annotation

This is a Bootleg, produced as a "GRAVITATION" Soundtrack.

It has been produced somewhere around 2001, when there was that big Boom around that Shonen-Ai Manga and Anime Series, GRAVITATION (Original Title: グラビテーション). This is no real Soundtrack, since only 8 Tracks sung by Kinya Kotani were ever used in the Anime Series and OVA:

  • "Glaring Dream", (Used for the Scores)
  • "THE RAGE BEAT", (Bad Luck first Hit Single)
  • "Blind Game Again", (Bad Luck 2nd Single. Shuichi tried his best to produce a PV for it, to get his date with Yuki)
  • "in the Moonlight", (OVA2, Shuichis first big Ballad, introduced on that Tokyo Bay Music Fes)
  • "Anti Nostalgic", (Used for example in Episode 3 from the Anime Series)
  • "Yuutsu na Seven Days", (Used on that Amusement Park Date between Shuichi and Yuki)
  • "Spicy Marmalade", (Bad Luck 3rd Single, played on a TV Event.)
  • "Smashing Blue". (Used for the Scores of OVA1)

"Smashing Blue" was the only Title, never being listed in Kinya Kotanis Discography. So it would have been the One Title, refered to Bad Luck. Its not being featured on this Bootleg after all - MIYA RECORDS just took all Songs from Kinya Kotanis Album Releases "HISTORY P-20" and "WHAT? PHYSICAL". They just missed the last 3 Tracks on "WHAT? PHYSICAL", since the Disc ran out of Space. Please try to get those two Albums instead.

Known Naming Issues

Track 06 has been transliterated to "Don't You Believe?". The Real Title, after all, is still "suresure naru kisetsu".
Track 07 has been renamed to "My Venus", the real title is "Abracadabra".
Track 15 is mostly known as "Minna Minna Minna", while being named "Mouretsu Fire ~yuuutsu wobuttobase~" correctly.

The following Tracks are Missing Kanji very often. That Issue is most probably
a leftover from ID3V1 Tagging, where unicode Chars couldn't be added:

  • Track 04 ("yuuutsu na Seven days"),
  • Track 05 ("shakunetsu BLADE"),
  • Track 09 ("kounetsu BLOOD") and
  • Track 10 ("jounetsu BALLAD")
