Annotation
This is the first album on Del McCoury's new record label. Larry Sparks acknowledges this and thanks Del in the liner notes, writing, "I'm very honored by this designation, and I am excited to be working with my long time friend."
Del McCoury also sings tenor on "Those Blue Eyes don't Sparkle Anymore."
Other musicians on the album include J.D. Crowe (banjo), Stuart Duncan (fiddle), Ron Stewart (fiddle), Hargus "Pig" Robbins (piano), Don Rigsby (mandolin, tenor vocals), Randy Kohrs (dobro), Josh McMurray (banjo), and Larry D. Sparks (bass, presumably Larry's son). It was recorded at Skaggs Place Studio, in Hendersonville, TN.
