Track 11 is a CD only bonus track, this album was also released on vinyl and that did not contain track 11.

FIXME: I have no idea what track 12 is, and I don't have a copy of this version to check. If anyone does see this and owns this version (note this is the original German edition, not the very different later US version), could you please either confirm that there is a final untitled track, or remove it and add a disc-id. --KrazyKiwi

"FIXME": Tracks 11 and 12 are part of a single song, separated by a manufacturing error. The originally-input track times were wrong: There is no release with a 5:50 track 11 and a 5:23 track 12. Early pressings have an 0:32 track 11 and a 5:23 track 12; later pressings have a 5:50 track 11, and no track 12 (and reissues follow this, with a 5:50 track 11, then new bonus tracks immediately after that). In both pressings, the case refers only to a 5:50 track 11, as does the printing on the CD itself. (See http://www.discogs.com/viewimages?release=34060 for scans.) If you listen to the tracks on the early version, it's clearly an error. Track 11 is the first 27 seconds of "Feast of the Resurrection" followed by 5 seconds of silence; track 12 is the remaining 5:23 of the same song. The best thing I could think of when I originally ripped my CD long ago was to call them "Feast of the Resurrection (intro)" and "Feast of the Resurrection", which isn't entirely accurate, but I still can't think of anything better, so that's what I've listed here.
