Annotation
The 1973 Columbia Special Products release (cat# P11634) clearly shows tracks 1 and 2 as separate, numbered tracks on the actual LP inner ring. On all other releases these two works (America / 2nd Amendment) are combined as a medley onto one track. After repeated listening it is not clear where the track boundary should be so the times for tracks 1 and 2 are left as unknown for now. No other indication of track times can be found on the LP or the packaging. The other track times are from actual recorded playback times.
