The tracklist printed on this CD has incorrect track order. The printed tracklist is the same as the Japanese release, but the actual track order is identical to the digital US release.

Soundtrack is enclosed in the UK/European packaging of the the Dark Souls Limited Edition game (Limited Edition was available as a free upgrade to those who pre-ordered the game from participating retailers, such as Game.co.uk, who operate online and retail sales).
The CD is found in the inside front cover's inner pocket of the Dark Souls Art Book (the bonus DVD is found in the inside back cover's inner pocket).

Note: The times provided on the CD label-side (artwork label) are miswritten to the true times on the actual audio data tracks from the CD itself (1 - 2, plus or minus, seconds off).
