The cover says 1997-12-12 but the actual recording date was 1997-12-18 (see release's edit history).

The last three tracks were actually recorded at the 1997 Bridge School Benefit, not during the studio session used in the bootleg title.

The CD spine mentions Metallica (& Friends) Acoustica, representing the other performers that took part in making this recording (captured by ARs).

Barcode on CD is 8 883-628633-3 8 and mentions METACDJPN5150 as another possible catalog number, however does not seem to be accepted as a valid EAN.
