Annotation

Recordings on this compilation are most of Bad Religion's pre-Suffer releases (except for their 1983 second album Into the Unknown):

Tracks 1 to 14 are the band's 1982 debut How Could Hell Be Any Worse?
Tracks 15 to 20 are the 1981 self-titled debut EP
Tracks 21 to 25 are the second EP Back to the Known
Tracks 26 to 28 are re-recordings, which appear on the 1981 various artists compilation Public Service

Pity is spelled "Pitty" on the back of the album, but is correctly spelled on the CD.
