Annotation

Haydn, recording: Berlin, Philharmonie(?), ca 1942 - ca 1944
Mozart, live recording: Berlin, Staatsoper, 1944-02-08

According to a Firtwängler discography (DG 427 776-2 on http://fischer.hosting.paran.com/music/Furtwangler/furtwangler-discography-5.htm#Haydn), the Haydn recording might not be from Furtwängler.

John Hunt's discography says: "despite earlier authentication, this is now thought to be a performance with the Munich Radio Orchestra conducted by Alfons Dressel; research by Ernst Lumpe"
