This album's title is not clear.
On the CD booklet front it simply states "Hot Club de Norvège" then "Ola Kvernberg & Jimmy Rosenberg". On the back it's "The Vintage Guitar Series Volume 41", "Hot Club de Norvège", "Presenting Ola Kvernberg violin", "Jimmy Rosenberg guitar", while on the jewel case side it reads "Hot Club de Norvège + Ola & Jimmy".
It gets more interesting, as on http://hotclub.no/catalogue.html this is titled "Hot Club De Norvège
with Jimmy Rosenberg and Ola Kvernberg - Presesting Ola & Jimmy" in the list, and the linked page then calls it "Hot Club de Norvège featuring Ola Kvernberg & Jimmy Rosenberg". Last but not least, the 2006 25th anniversary catalog (page 16), then lists this very catalog number as "Hot Club de Norvège Presenting Ola & Jimmy", complete with altered CD cover, where the second line now reads "Ola & Jimmy"!
In the end, I settled on the more complete 'Presenting Ola Kvernberg & Jimmy Rosenberg' given on the back, with the "Ola & Jimmy" on the side taken as an abbreviation to fit the limited space.
