Bruce Springsteen Definitive Collection (Italian reissue series by Corriere della Sera and TV Sorrisi e Canzoni)

Series of 20 Bruce Springsteen albums and home videos reissued in Italy in 2012 by newspaper “Corriere della Sera” and TV magazine “Sorrisi e Canzoni”.
They both belong to the Arnoldo Mondadori Editore publishing company.
The papers offered a different Springsteen release weekly over the course of five months between August 2012 and December 2012. The titles were also available for purchase separately at newsstands.
Each of the releases consists of an exclusive, oversized (6 inches square) fold-out digipak which features unique inner artwork and booklet, adapting Salvador Trepat’s liner notes from the earlier Spanish “El Periódico” reissue translated to Italian.
They were originally sealed with a 16.5x28 cm display card.
A very nicely designed cardboard outer slipcase to store all the CD's/DVD's in was issued alongside the first disc in the series, Born in the USA.

In Spain, “El Periódico” and “El Mundo” each issued its own series:

• The “El Periódico” CD’s/DVD’s had their own mini-sleeves or DVD cases
• The books from “El Periódico” were printed at EGEDSA (Sabadell)

• The “El Mundo” CD’s were housed on a plastic tray in the book’s last page but the DVD’s had their own DVD cases
• The books from “El Mundo” were printed at GRÁFICAS MARTE, s.a.

There is also a Portuguese series reissued in Portugal by “Editora Planeta DeAgostini” with portuguese text in the books.
