Parlophone Label Group (not for release label use! aka PLG Holdco Ltd.)

Between its formation in 2012-11 and 2013-07-01, when it eventually was acquired by WMG, Parlophone Label Group had no parent, being a group of recorded music assets up till then owned by EMI Group Ltd. that had to be divested as a condition for the sale of EMI Group Ltd. to Vivendi SA (which owns UMG).
