Mary Poppins (stage version)

~ Musical

Annotation

several of the iconic numbers from the Sherman Brothers' 1964 film musical were "re-worked … both musically and lyrically" by the UK songwriting duo of George Stiles (music) & Anthony Drewe (lyrics), who also wrote catchy new songs for the stage version which was first unveiled in 2004. Julian Fellowes wrote the new book.
