Comes in a leatherbound 20-page booklet with one pocket in the front and two in the back. When sealed it includes a track list insert that has all copyright info and carries catalogue number and barcode.

This version seems to be intended for retail distribution in the UK (Island), Europe (V2), Australia and New Zealand (Dew Process). It doesn't carry a Glassnote logo, so it doesn't seem to be intended for US retail distribution.

Both blu-rays are region ABC in 1080 High Definition 16:9 format.
