Note: there are two cuts in this performance: in Scene 2, from “Dem Tage! Dem Tage! (Tristan), and in Scene 3, from “Wozu die Dienste ohne Zahl” to “Da liess er’s denn so sein” (King Marke). The booklet accompanying the CD contains pictures of Melchior, Flagstad and Wagner, and a note on the singers by John Gotwalt, and does not mention the names of the orchestra, or who is singing Melot, Kurwenal, and King Marke”
