Annotation

While the A side is identical to the 7" and album versions, this version of "Animalistic" is an extended version of the 7" B side and features a lengthy ambient recording of a group of people actually visiting a zoo, with voices and animal sounds and an Indian-like string instrument playing in the background. At over 11 minutes it is China Crisis' longest official recording release.
