The Masters

~ Release by Ella Fitzgerald (see all versions of this release, 1 available)

Annotation

Notes

Be it only for its blatantly deceiving title, you should avoid this.
It has nothing to do with "masters takes", or any other carefully assembled release (from a discographical point of vue): it's a shameless budget compilation blowing together a host of unrelated tracks (be it in venues, formations or "concept").
Seems to be a European release, from a shady label.
It's worth 1 box - thanks for the material in it...

Issues

It's unknown if #16 is from 17 March 1936 (likely) or from 14 April 1960 (unlikely, Verve material). If you own this and the sleeve provides this information, you can contribute it here!
