The DVD rear gives the following track-list:

1. It Don't Mean a Thing (If it ain't Got That Swing)
2. Michael Garrick recites his poem We Are the Jazz
3. In a Singy Songy Kind of Way
4. Trials and Tribs
5. Strange Feeling
6. A New September
7. Lime Blossom
8. Compound
9. Prelude to a Kiss
Extras …
10. Duncan Heining's interview with Michael Garrick
11. Michael Garrick recites his poem Why Don't You Get a Proper Job?

However, in practice, this does not correspond to what is on the disc, although it's similar to what is visible at the top level if one is playing the disc.

The disc contains three titles. Each title contains chapters, which correspond to tracks.
1. The first title corresponds to the first 9 tracks, albeit with additional chapters for short spoken dialogue. This does not introduce every track, but it does introduce most of them, excepting the first two tracks and the last track. So, this first title has 15 chapters.
2. The second title corresponds to the interview, which is split into 3 minute segments. This seems to be for the purpose of length, presumably due to restrictions in the DVD specification, as the total interview is just over an hour. So, this second title has 22 chapters.
3. The third title is a single short chapter corresponding to the 11th track listed.

I have reproduced the title structure as this is similar to hidden tracks on a CD. For the purpose of tagging a rip of the video footage or the LPCM data, the original track-listing is effectively useless.

The announcements are by Michael Garrick excepting two tracks where the dialogue makes clear who announces these.

The interview parts have Heining and Garrick mentioned on the rear so they have been added as track artists. Since they are not named, I've set their title as "part N". There's no reasonable way to do this otherwise which I can see.

The disc has 16 bit / 48kHz LPCM, stereo only. There is no multichannel content nor is there any 24-bit content. It's somewhat surprising that this did not get put out on a CD or for digital download.
