Notes

This serie of releases are the definitive reference for exigent amateurs and completists (at least for the pre-Verve period).
Dig it!
Newcomers probably should start a bit easier with one of the decent compilations.
This specific disc covers the best period of Webb bands, short after their huge breakout (with A-Tisket, A-Tasket), alternating big band and smaller Ella lead combo recordings.
